For years I lived bouncing from diet to diet, trying to work out at the gym to 'keep the perfect body', only to fall back into binge eating on the weekends and emotional eating throughout the week.

Week 1

Spotlight time!

This session is about me shining my torch into the dusty areas of your life, some you might be aware of, some you might not be; the thoughts you’re believing, the excuses you're making, the stress laden moments that make you reach for the treats, the chaotic schedule with the family, the lack of boundaries you have with your family or neighbour. 

 

But don’t worry, it won’t be too scary ;-) it’ll be completely empowering and you’ll walk out feeling relieved that someone completely understands where you're at and can offer a step by step guide to get you to where you want to be.

  • We’ll sit down and assess together where you're currently at and where you want to go. We’ll look at the barriers that are getting in the way of your progress and work out a personalised action plan to see you hit your health goals and feel strong, confident and energised. 

 

  • You’ll gain clarity and an understanding of the steps you need to take without feeling overwhelmed or feeling scared of failing. 

 

  • You’ll walk away with an understanding of the key areas we’ll be focussing on together over the month that will see you feeling confident and assured of your steps forward, with an innate knowledge that “I can do this” without being fearful of failure again! 

Week 2

Nutrition, Eating Habits & Nourishment

This will be SUCH an exciting and empowering session! 

​

  • We take a look at your 3 day Food Intake Snapshot and see where we can make some simple tweaks to your eating lifestyle to improve its nutritional content (protein, healthy fats, fibre) so that you’re correctly nourishing your body for optimal hormonal balance. I'll also show you how to create a balanced plate for any meal, so you don't have to guess the right portions of nutrients. And if you're also struggling with meal prep times, we'll look at creating some simple solutions to see you more organised.
     

  • We will address any thoughts of self-doubt and self-defeat such as, “I can’t do this, this is never going to work for me, I've tried before. How will this be different?” that makes you fearful of failure when trying to achieve your health goals, such as weight loss, eating healthier or exercising. 
     

  • We will tackle any unhelpful mindsets around food that negatively impact your eating habits and make you feel like you’ve fallen off the bandwagon (again!), helping to resolve any guilt and shame you may feel around food, because girl, it’s time to ENJOY food again! Life is too short to feel any more guilt! 

Week 3

Stress & Emotional Health

Ahhh stress. It comes out in so many areas of our life, and sometimes we don’t even realise it! As women, we tend to put ourselves last and the kids first, and over time it has a detrimental effect on our lives (i.e. we crash, burn out, feel highly anxious, overwhelmed, fall sick, get migraines etc), and not to mention the effect it has on our hormones and monthly PMS symptoms! 
 

  • In this session we’ll identify the major stressors in your life and create a simple action plan to see your stress levels reduce to help you feel calm and in control.
     

  • I’ll give you some super simple tools to help you understand your emotions and how to manage them in a healthy way (super good for those of you who comfort eat!) so you don’t find yourself exploding in frustration and anger onto your loved ones or resorting to food to make you feel better.
     

  • And lastly, you will create your very own Nourishment List! A list curated by you, for you, that's specifically designed to look after you and nourish your soul.

 

​​This module has been designed to empower and equip you so that you feel in control of your world, and for you to discover that stressful circumstances don't mean you have to drop the ball in sustaining healthy habits.

Week 4

Movement and Physical Well-being

I know you want to move, but often feel confused and conflicted by all the advice out there, plus struggle to find times where you can increase your movement given your days are full of school pick ups and drop offs and extra curricular activities. And so you don’t do anything!
 

  • In this session, we’ll take a look at your entire week's schedule and identify pockets of time where you can move your beautiful body without it pushing into other important areas.
     

  • We’ll look at the different types of exercise that's important for women during their late 30s -40s and entering into perimenopause and find out the top 3 (up to) that you would love to commit to that are easy, simple and fun so you LOVE moving your body and enjoy feeling the positive benefits of doing so. 
     

  • We’ll chat about the key mindsets for staying active and continuing your exercise routine, even after busy family times, illness, or extra work commitments throw you off track.

The beauty of working 1:1 means that we can tailor this program to your current needs. If you feel like you need more time working on for e.g. nutrition and healthy habits, setting your kitchen up for success etc, then we can move things around to focus on that specific area. This will be identified in week 1's session together.

Q: What happens at the end of the program?

A: An option to continue working with me for only $197 per month, which includes 2 x 30 mins sessions per month, ongoing 1:1 support via messenger, the private FB Group Community, and any other worksheets/exercises we feel is necessary to see you achieve your goals.

Q: How much time will I need to commit?

A: Just 10 minutes a day to follow the program and complete any recommended activities.

Q: Can I do this if I am not going through perimenopause? 

A: Yes! Absolutely, this program is designed whether you're going through perimenopause or not It will set you up for good stead when you do as well!

Q: What if I have dietary restrictions?

A: The nutrition advice can be tailored to accommodate any dietary needs.

Q: What happens if I have a question outside of hours, how available are you?

No problem! If you're one of my private 1:1 clients, you have access to me via Messenger App, with a 24 hour window turn around (and 48 hour on weekends).

Q: How is this different from other weight loss programs?

A: This is not a weight loss program. It's a health & wellness program. My view, is that weight loss comes out of a healthy balanced body. It's my goal to help you get there! My holistic approach addresses both physical, mindset and emotional health, ensuring sustainable and long-lasting results.

Every woman who comes to work with me releases weight, but it's unethical to state how much you could lose given your body and your history is completely different. Therefore I don't promise weight loss, but I commit that after the end of the 4 weeks you will have a healthier body, and a healthier mind. Weight release comes from that!
